Our Pricing

The cost for our service is simple. There is a monthly flat fee based upon the size and number of properties we care for. The rates for our commercial customers start at a fraction of one cent per square foot per month and can be recaptured in your common area management (CAM) expenses. Homeowner association and residential customers rates start at $119.95 per month.

Once you select our service, a consultant is sent to your property to conduct a complete assessment; they then schedule a short in office or on-line meeting to set-up the property in our system. Our on-line reporting system is self-explanatory, but our consultant will provide you a full tour of the features of NightResponse.
